If you don't mind my asking, what do you need it for? Might help me dig a little.

For carrying my Taurus
I want a level 3 so I practice with what I will carry as a police officer one day.

Sort of defeats the poupose of buying the Taurus doesn't it? Not to be a smart ass - but you will have a hell of a time finding a level 3 retention holster for a Taurus other than a 92 F Pattern...
Unless you get lucky and a glock holster works for it.

I'm not sure if they have one to fit a Taurus, but go to Safariland.com and check their fit guide. Then cross reference the numbers with the different models and you might find a level 3 duty holster. But you wouldn't be able to conceal it. Duty holsters are offset from the body so you can get a good grip. Most cops carry level 2 holsters, three is a little much, especially if you're trying to conceal the holster.
