Post subject:  California legislators; solving their budget problems

California is broke. They can't pay their (state) employees. Their legislators are hard at work doing... this:

Quote:
Legislator moves to limit Google Maps because of terrorist threat
California bill would cloud details in images of schools, government buildings, churches

I just have two comments:

1. If I want a decent map, I'll just go down to Barnes and Nobles. Then I'll pick whatever city I want. It would cost me a coupla bucks, maybe.

2. A terrorist would take that city map, look for blurred "preselected targets" on Google Earth and thank the Govt of California.

What morons!
