Anyone tried one of these 1911s or top end conversions yet? If so, do they work?
I have an Advantage Arms .22 Glock conversion and found them to be ammo sensitive. Like most .22s I guess.
Anyway, I happen to have a stripped Colt 1911 frame that I want to finish up and I was thinking about making it into a rimfire. Then I started thinking to be different I could put the Kimber .17 Mach 2 conversion on it. Other than using it for handy varmint control around the property I don't know what else I would use it for.
