Wrong man bitten by St. Paul Police dog?

"I still feel pain in my leg and I feel I got bit for nothing," Johnson said as he pulled bandages from his bloody leg. "I feel police should've had control over their dogs because dogs supposed to go off commands."
Nineteen-year-old Antonio Johnson’s leg is bandaged and bloody after an encounter with a St. Paul Police dog overnight.

The incident happened around Midnight near the bus stop at 6th St. and Minnesota Aves. Johnson was waiting for bus while police were looking for suspects.

St. Paul Police tell 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS that Johnson was not the intended target of the dog. Police said there was some kind of mix up, possibly a misunderstood command

Johnson said he'll be talking with an attorney.

"I still feel pain in my leg and I feel I got bit for nothing," Johnson said as he pulled bandages from his bloody leg. "I feel police should've had control over their dogs because dogs supposed to go off commands."

Johnson admitted to being involved with gangs in the past, however, said he has rehabilitated himself and was doing nothing wrong at the time of the incident.

Maybe the dog just instinctively knows a scum bag when he sees/smells one? This bite could perhaps be to make up for all the things he did before he “rehabilitated himself”. He is managing to work through his pain enough to call an attorney I see.
