Cabella's is having their club discount again. I just got a flyer in the mail.
Through April 29, 2007
$30 off 100-199
$50 off 200-299
$70 off 300-399
$85 off 400-499
$100 off 500 or more
I think you get a bonus if you aren't a club member yet and open one.
If any one wants to use me for a referral, I'll be happy to go down there with you. I get club points and I think you get an extra discount.
Last time I got a deal on a 642. This time I forsee a gun safe.

I was quoted a better price than that on the Pug at Bill's. Not sure if that was a public price. PM squib_joe for a quote. At any rate, it will take a couple weeks for it to be delivered to Bill's, but it does come with a range pass for two with a free rental.

That's a good price - I thought you were quoting the OTD price before.

Speaking of Ahlman's - anyone have a website or phone number for them? I need to stop down and talk to them about choking a Barrel... Now now get your mind out of the gutter!

I escaped with only bulk ammo though the RCBS Master reloading kit almost sucked me in, as did a sig 220ST. If they wouldn't have been out of the EoTech 512's I would have been dead to rights.
Can I go back and get the discount again or am I granted a respite from my lack of firearm related purchasing self control for a while.

I'm pretty sure you only get it once per sale period. I tried to go back and make a second large purchase last time and couldn't get the discount again.

You can get the discount only once during the event. It is tracked on your Cabela's card. (You must be, or sign up for a card, to get the discounts.)
Of course, if your wife gets one too, and she is willing, you can use hers. It might cost you a dinner out, so it probably is a break even on the dollars.

Thanks! I was thinking about getting a bolt action plinker and with this discount, it should make it even cheaper yet!
I have been trying to put off becoming a cabelas card member, but now I might just change my mind Anyone know the discount for becoming a member?
