just gonna see how it goes then i geuss. the warmer it gets the harder it is to conceal. |

Hot and muggy, then a Kahr PM9 in a DeSanti pocket holster in what I guess they call cargo type shorts. Most here know that I am not a fan of open carry for many reasons, same as I am not a fan of shoulder holsters and cross draw holsters. But I guess, to each their own.

Many of the police officers I've seen have been fairly lax on watching who is in proximity to them, and within distance of their weapons. The plain clothes detectives generally do a much better job.

One of my LEO friend would argue they are trained in weapon retention. In my opinion they put far more faith in that training and retention holsters than they should. Especially since simple vigilance would supplement both quite well. |

I finally witnessed someone open carrying today while I was at The E.P Gander mountain. I was more interested in watching others to see if they even noticed that this person was open carrying. RTK |
