As some of you know we have moved from the Gunflint Trail to the metropolis of Duluth. We needed to set up our banking. Pioneer seemed like a bank with a small town feel until I went up to the door. It was posted and appeared to be a legal posting. We went a couple of blocks down the street and opened our accounts with US Bank. No sign.

Did you let Pioneer bank know this? It is always interesting as to why they post and how they explain it.

Interesting that NONE of the big banks (unless you call M&I big) are posted. Maybe that's why they are taking so many customers away from small, local but prejudiced banks?

Welcome to Duluth!
There are a few of us in this area, maybe we should start doing the Great Northern TCC Breakfast and Bull Session?

If you do, please post it. My wife and I are planning a trip northward in late January.

The breakfast sounds like a good idea although I don't know how much I'll be in the area after the next couple of weeks. I'm definitely going to the gun show on Saturday. Maybe I can pick up a new carry belt.
