I thought I'd started a thread here stating that they had posted. Came back to say the sign is now down, but can't find my original post. Perhaps I dreamed the whole thing.

Anyway, they used to have a sign that was so non-compliant (Picture of housewife in apron awkwardly holding an AK) that I wasn't sure if it was a satirical poke at the anti's, or was really an attempt to ban guns. Either way, it is down now.

Yup, that was the sign, or a derivative there of.

They had the same sign out in Golden Valley.

Perhaps they had a policy change, or just got tired of the sign...

Speaking of annoying signs, that 'talking' sign with R. Lee Ermey at Bill's has to go.

Actually, it's compliant -- right font, right size; the extra verbiage doesn't obscure the required language.

Glad it's down; I like the chain.

Actually I don't think it was compliant. The font in the one they had up was definitely much smaller than Andrew's example. I'm not sure, but I think the wording was also changed, and it was posted far from the entrance, with no signs at the other two entrances.

I think it was the typical stradle the fence kind of posting, i.e. put up something you can point to if you have to if anti's complain, but keep it small and unobtrusive, to avoid scarying people who don't give a crap. Actually... that gives me an idea. I think I'll post an idea in the strategies section.
