Since it's not even close to compliant with the legal standards for the posting of a sign that would apply to permit holders, I can only assume that it's there as a reminder to employees, and isn't meant to apply to me.

I know several realtors that carry every day. The reason they give is at an open house they are by themselves with an open invite to anyone to come it! :shock:

I've been in real estate for almost 20 years, and I carry daily. Much of my work is in large rural acreages, "up in the woods". Fortunately for me, the company owner is also an FFL and firearms instructor and trainer. So he actually encourages us to carry.

I only wish I could get my wife to carry. She is pretty much an anti-gun type, however, she allows me MY guns. She doesn't do very many open houses as they are generally a waste of time (except for maybe new construction), so there's a little comfort. Hopefully, nothing will ever happen to her, but there was one incident that made her very uncomfortable.
