My Dad and I went down there to drop off my brothers just about dead car. Got $100 bucks for it and a picture of their nice sign. As my dad noticed me taking a picture of the sign he commented that he was going to specifically ask me to carry. I think saying 'assume yes' every time I he asked me if I was carrying while I was walking out the door finally sunk in.

This was near a side door that did not have a handle on the outside. I didn't see if the front entry way had a firearms posting (there was one about the store being drug and tobacco free) and a bunch of other stuff. The rear garage door that we entered was not posted.

Let me know if it does not work. This is my first time posting a picture to this forum.

It worked.

Now did you respect the non-compliant posting because it is NOT the law?

I had my hand on my .357 as we walked in, is I am prone to do as I enter most doorways. And there was a XD .45 on my hip.

There was a couple sketchy people, but of course no trouble.

The welcome part must be for the criminals...letting them know that they have attempted to disarm the law-abiding! And when did "respecting our wishes" become law?

In what way is it non-compliant?

IIRC, the statute specifies certain language be present, with minimum size, fonts, etc. It doesn't say that only that language must be present.

You're right, that sign looks compliant ... Depending on the positioning (height, distance from door, etc... It the whole business, including every entance, posted?

The whole loophole with every door and distance and etc seems a bit of hair splitting to me. I understand it is a legal loophole but unless I have NO choice (If my car was towed there for some reason and I had to get it out), I try not to do business with victim disarmament zones. Even if it's not a legal bar from going there, they've made their opinions and wishes known. They don't wish to do business with permit holders. So be it.

That is the thing, it was posted by a door that you couldn't enter. and I didn't see another one.

Looks like it's next to a vehicle entry door.
